For over 15 years, we have specialised in organic hazelnut cultivation in the Nördlinger Ries region of Bavaria. After a few years, we decided to offer our customers other nut products due to many requests. After careful selection of suppliers, we were able to offer our customers walnuts in shell from France, walnut kernels as well as hazelnuts and hazelnut kernels from Croatia and France.
Regional goods from sustainable cultivation with high quality are very important to us, for this reason we naturally also offer conventional German hazelnuts and hazelnut kernels. In addition, we also offer our legendary hazelnut liqueur made in Bavaria as well as hazelnut spirit, hazelnut oil (organic and conventional) and an organic hazelnut cream with 50% organic hazelnut kernels from Germany and regional or fair trade ingredients.
Since 2020, we have also been offering very high-quality pistachios or pistachio kernels directly from the producer in Spain from the Castilla La Mancha region, of course also in organic or conventional quality.
Packaging: Whenever possible we avoid unnecessary packaging, we are already trying to convince our suppliers to avoid unnecessary packaging and to do without plastic. Unfortunately, this is not yet 100% possible. But we are working on it, we prefer to pack in cotton bags, which can be disposed of like old clothes or in the bio bin.
