Our hazelnuts

We produce our own organic hazelnuts on over 13 hectares with over 8000 hazel trees, including the Hallsche Riesen, Corabel and Katalonski varieties. In addition, we obtain hazelnuts from Germany from other growers in Bavaria via the Erzeugerorganisation deutscher Haselnussanbauer u.G. (German Hazelnut Growers' Association).

Besides German hazelnuts, we offer hazelnuts from Croatia, the region of Slavonia, with the varieties Istrian (elongated hazelnuts) and round Romans. This region is located in the east of Croatia.

The hazelnuts there come from about 50 small family farms, each with about 3-5 hectares of hazelnuts. About half of the farms work according to organic criteria and are certified accordingly. At our local partner, the hazelnuts are collected, dried, sorted and, if necessary, cracked.

Croatia Region Slavonia:

Hazelnuts from the Lot-et-Garonne region in France are among the best hazelnuts in terms of quality. They are mainly the Ennis, Corabel and Fertile De Coutard varieties, and are available in different grades.
