Our nut creams are a special composition of regional organic hazelnut kernels and hand-picked cocoa beans from Papua New Guinea, which are traded fairly in accordance with the strict Cacao Trace guidelines. Fair trade ensures that the local cocoa farmers receive a fair price.
All other ingredients contained in the nut cream are sourced from regional organic products. The nut creams are produced by the experienced master confectioner and chocolatier Olav Praetsch in Saxony and impress with their unique flavour.
